Boston-based U.S. District Court docket Decide Patti B. Saris will enable the Nosalek fee lawsuit plaintiffs and MLS Property Data Community (MLS PIN) defendants to file a response to the Division of Justice’s assertion of curiosity.

In late February, MLS PIN and the plaintiffs filed a joint movement asking Saris for permission to file separate responses to the DOJ’s mid-February submitting.

The DOJ’s assertion was in relation to the settlement settlement reached between the Nosalek plaintiffs and MLS PIN in July 2023.
